Sheila Barrios recently performed 2 cover songs at University of Iloilo Org Fest (organization festival) last November such as Miley Cyrus song "The Climb" and Lady Gaga hit "Just Dance." Sheila is currently taking up BSHotel and Resturant Management at the University of Iloilo-Phinma where is a full scholar.

Sheila with Ilongga Divas @ 8finity Magazine Launching

Ilonggo pop singer Sheila Barrios with Ilongga Divas Irish D. and Cherry Callao performed their first group single "SAY" at 8finity Magazine launching last Nov. 27, 5PM at SM City Iloilo Events Centre. The event also featured a special performance by Jun Ross Dio of Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2 and a fashion show by Bo Parcon with Ilonggo fashion models. 8finity Dance Crew opened the event with a lively dance number. 8finity Magazine is the official publication of 8finity Events and Production that organized the upcoming "the Champions Back 2 Back" concert of Jovit Baldivino, Marcelito Pomoy, Nina and special guest Ryan Bang on Dec. 7, 7PM at CPU Gym. The magazine will be a fusion of lifestyle, events, culture and travel articles.

"SAY" the first single of Ilongga Divas will be released online and selected FM radio stations in Iloilo and Bacolod in this December 2011 together with Sheila's newest upcoming single "Nabatyagan."

Sheila @ The X-Factor Audition

Ilonggo pop singer Sheila Barrios popular for her song "Ginpalangga," an Ilonggo re-make of Rihanna's song "Unfaithful" but released independently last 2010 recently auditioned for The X-Factor Philippines last November 5, 2011 at SM City Iloilo. There were more than 250 auditioners who showed their singing talent. The X-Factor is an international franchise reality talent show that started in UK and created by Music Mogul producer Simon Cowell under Syco TV. Now, the phenomenon of The X-Factor reached the Philippines and will soon launch a local version of the show in ABS-CBN. The X-Factor is unique in concept as a talent show because it allows all-ages of auditioners and when they passed the audition they will be divided in 4 categories, these are singers Over 30s, Groups, Boys and Girls below 30 set to be mentored by celebrity judges.

Sheila was the 233rd auditioner and she performed "Unfaithful" that showcased her strong vocal talent. She has no expectations joining the audition for as long as she is happy sharing her talent.

Sheila Barrios live @ Ilonggo Music Night in Guimaras

Ilonggo pop artist, Sheila Barrios is one of the brightest Ilonggo performers who entertained the crowd at Ilonggo Music Night held in Morobuan, Jordan, Guimaras last Oct. 23, 2011. The show started at 7PM with Ilonggo Pop Idol singing contest wherein the winner will become their guest artist in their next show. It was followed by the full mini concert of Ilonggo artists such as Reyn Callao, Irish D., Ezzy, Zpinx Angel and more. Sheila performed their Ilonggo 3nity single "Badtrip" as the opening song with Reyn, successful solo singles "Ginpalangga," "Sa Handum Na Guid Lang," and "Padayon" with Zpinx Angel. She also sang Iloilo River theme song "Aton Manggad" and their Ilongga Diva first single "Say" with Irish D. Finally, she performed "Travel with Us " with Reyn as their finale song.

Sheila Barrios front acts @ Critical Breakdown 11th Anniversary Event

Ilonggo pop artist and Ilongga Diva, Sheila Barrios recently has an exciting performance at Critical Breakdown 11th Anniversary event last October 9, 2011 held at Bays Center, Bacolod City. The semi-national event is a gathering of Hip-hop artists, performers, dancers and enthusiasts who came to Bacolod City not only to celebrate the Masskara Festival week but to take part in this special event for unity, artistic collaboration and friendship. There were B-boy and B-girl dance contests, graffiti art contest, freestyle rap battle, dance showdown (the biggest highlight of the event with 23 dynamic dance groups performed onstage) and also the live performances of the biggest Ilonggo music artists. Manila-based rapper Mike Kosa was the special guest artists of the event with performances by 6100 crew, Zaril, SYK Unit, Bacolod Souljazz, Ilongga Divas Irish D. and Sheila Barrios. Sheila performed her smash hit collaboration single with Bacolod-based rapper Zaril entitled “Salamat Iloy.” It has been a consistent chart-topper and favourite Ilonggo song by radio listeners in Bacolod and Negros Island. She also performed her second sensational hit song “Sa Handum Na Guid Lang” which was well-received by the audience who are familiar with her songs in almost all FM radio stations in Bacolod City. After the smashing event, Sheila with fellow Ilongga Diva, Irish D. proceeded to Fusion Superclub for the after party with the production staff, performers and guests.

Sheila Barrios 2nd Bacolod City Radio Tour

Ilonggo pop singer, Sheila Barrios together with fellow Ilongga Diva, Irish D. recently has a mini-radio in Bacolod City, a day before their live performance at Bays Center last October 8, 2011. Around 4PM, Sheila and Irish arrived in Bacolod City and proceeded to Love Radio 91.1 Bacolod for an on-air interview with the DJs. There were thrilled to have talented Ilongga singers sharing their music to everyone in Bacolod and Negros. They were also asked to perform samples of their songs on-air. Then, they move on to Campus Radio Bacolod where they were greeted and entertained by DJ Papa Janno. Sheila and Irish were asked about their musical influence, love life and many others things.

Sheila and Irish were invited to perform their songs at Critical Breakdown 11^th Anniversary the next day at Bays Center, Bacolod City wherein thousands of Hip-hop artists, performers, dancers and enthusiasts gathered for friendship and unity. They were front act artists for popular Manila rapper Mike Kosa.
