Sheila on itravel Philippines new issue
Proof of her rising name, Sheila’s promotional poster can now be seen in the new issue of itravel Philippines (Marikina City and Province of Antique back-to-back cover), the only tourism-based travel magazine for more than a year now. As the second artist launched by rslphoenix music, Sheila is truly a pride of the Ilonggos as not just a 16-year-old local singer who sang the Ilonggo ballad “Ginpalangga” but for her willing heart to share her music.
