"Badtrip" (Radio Edit pictorial video) is the launching single of Ilonggo 3nity, a vocal pop group based in Bo. Obrero, Iloilo City, Philippines. The rising pop group includes Ilonggo RnB singer Reyn Callao, songstress Sheila Barrios and dance diva Cherry Callao. They are managed by rslphoenix music, a team of creative Ilonggo artists and independent music producers who has a vision for Ilonggo pop culture.
"Badtrip" is a remake of Lady Gaga's hit single and the group respect the song's intellectual property copyright. They are enthusiastic of promoting her music and influences further by injecting a taste of Ilonggo music. The song's lyrics tackle issues of teenage romance, angst and peers pressure. The Ilonggo lyrics was penned by rslphoenix with collaboration from the group members. The recording and editing was done at SYKWRECORDS, an independent recording studio in Calumpang, Iloilo City managed by Syken Snipes and his group of Ilonggo music artists SYK Unit.
Ilonggo 3nity will soon shoot an independent mini-film, semi-animated music video before the year ends. Though each member has their own Ilonggo solo singles, the group will continue to create songs and collaborate with other Ilonggo music artists.
