Sheila Barrios live @ All Out Ilonggos
Ilonggo pop songstress, Sheila Barrios proved her musical gifts stronger than ever at All Out Ilonggos live at Iloilo Capitol Grounds in the evening of January 22, 2011 in time for Iloilo Kasadyahan Festival, a night before the Dinagyang finale. Sheila performed her Ilonggo hit singles “Ginpalangga” and “Sa Handum Na Guid Lang.” For the first time she performed a new inspirational song entitled “Padayun” featuring Ilonggo rapper Zpinx Angel of Mix Ilonggo Crew. The song will be included in the upcoming release of her first EP Album “Ginpalangga Volume 1” next month. Sheila also performed their Ilonggo 3nity group single “Badtrip” with fellow Ilonggo pop artists Reyn and Cherry Callao. Their song was first played in Radio For U 98.5 FM in Rackhampton City, Queensland in Australia last year. The event also featured other popular Ilonggo rap groups such as SYK Unit, All Out Kingz, Mix Ilonggo Crew with new RSLPhoenix solo female artist-Irish D. The event is presented by RSLPhoenix Music, itravel Philippines magazine and the Office of Culture, Arts, History and Tourism under its director, Bombette Marin.
Watch out for Sheila’s first mini-album release next month entitled “Ginpalangga Volume 1” and its upcoming sequel “Ginpalangga Volume 2” this 2011.
